Tip 1: Must have a minimum of 8 glasses drink of water in a day.

Tip 2: Avoid soft drinks. Juices, pop, cream & sugar in your coffee or tea all add up.

Tip 3: Water helps in reducing weight in the most effective manner.

Tip 4: Have 5 to 6 small meals or snacks in a day. Eat a big breakfast.

Tip 5: Make a habit of walking. Walk for at least 45 minutes every day.

Tip 6: Eat more vegetables during meals.

Tip 7: Prefer having meals at home. We're more likely to eat more - in fact, more high-fat, and high-calorie foods.

Tip 8: Eat only when your stomach wants food. Usually out of boredom, nervousness, habit, or frustration.

Tip 9: Eat fruit rather than drinking fruit juice. Eating whole foods will keep you satisfied for longer period of time than juice.

Tip 10: Eat equal portions of vegetables and grains at dinner.

Tip 11: After every two hours, get up and walk around the office or your home for five minutes it will keep your body active.

Tip 14: Skip watching TV for an hour and go for a walk instead.
